二、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器(qi)采用(yong)單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結構,初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同(tong)軸布置減少(shao)了漏磁通(tong),因而(er)增大(da)了繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦合(he)。產(chan)品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力(li)。其結構見(jian)圖1:

三、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓機工作原理

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接(jie)入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配(pei)套(tao)專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資料(liao)請見其具體(ti)使用(yong)(yong)說明書)系(xi)(xi)列操作箱(臺),經(jing)操作箱內(nei)自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附(fu))調(diao)(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級(ji)繞(rao)組,根據電(dian)磁感應(ying)原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)(jiao)直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作原(yuan)理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)作半(ban)波整(zheng)流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)將(jiang)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時(shi),可(ke)獲得工頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作為交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態(tai)(tai);取(qu)消短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)時(shi),作為直流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態(tai)(tai)。

YDQ系(xi)列高壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器做被試(shi)(shi)品的工(gong)頻耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)使用接線原理圖見圖5。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根(gen)據試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具(ju)有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球間隙(xi)整(zheng)定(ding)值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試(shi)品起(qi)到保(bao)護作用。球間隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準(zhun)確(que)的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏(lou)(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)(lou)抗上必然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映(ying)出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂(wei)容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗必然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確(que)測量被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確(que)相(xiang)互(hu)間聯系方(fang)法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察(cha)試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以免損(sun)壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶(dai)來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都應先進(jin)行(xing)空升試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時(shi)升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調(diao)整球間(jian)隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不在零(ling)位時突(tu)(tu)然合(he)閘。也不能突(tu)(tu)然切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓以下(xia)時,才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕(jue)緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內(nei)有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗前后應測(ce)量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出(chu)端短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)(da)整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應具(ju)有(you)足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離(li)。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的(de)電容(rong)量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省(sheng)略不(bu)用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗前(qian)應先檢(jian)查(cha)被試品是(shi)否停電(dian),接(jie)地放電(dian),一切對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將(jiang)試驗電(dian)壓加到(dao)有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的接線(xian)(xian)后,應(ying)復查無誤(wu)后才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢查高壓設(she)備及引線(xian)(xian)與地(di)(di)、與操作人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼(ke)是(shi)否可(ke)靠接地(di)(di),要(yao)按(an)**規程中所(suo)規定的內容進(jin)行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量設備應(ying)緩慢(man)升壓,防止被試品的(de)充電電流(liu)燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分級加(jia)壓,分別讀取各級電壓下(xia)微安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監(jian)視被(bei)試品(pin)、試驗裝置(zhi)、微(wei)安表(biao),一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源,并(bing)查明(ming)原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的外(wai)(wai)殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的外(wai)(wai)殼必須可(ke)靠接地(di)。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量(liang)繞組(zu)的F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)低壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端以及高壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源前,操作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必(bi)須調(diao)到零位后方可接(jie)通(tong)電源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供(gong)選(xuan)用。電壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)(e)定試驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)(e)定試驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)(e)定電壓(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注(zhu)意測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)以及(ji)被試品的(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中或試驗過程中如發現測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)及(ji)被試品情(qing)(qing)況異常,應立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源(yuan),查明情(qing)(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后,應在數秒(miao)內勻(yun)速的(de)將調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)返回(hui)至零位,然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額定參(can)數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發現以下不正常情況時,應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被試品內(nei)有不正(zheng)常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao),為長期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥一次(ci),以(yi)(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應(ying)不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立(li)即關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應(ying)測(ce)量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓(ya)器長期(qi)不使用(yong)時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關(guan)標準(zhun)和(he)操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合(he),高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定輸出高壓的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較(jiao)低(di)時(shi),k值可取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設(she)備的(de)電容量Ct可(ke)由交(jiao)流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變(bian)化很大,

可由設備的(de)類型(xing)而定。
