YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接入 (為本公(gong)司生產(chan)的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專(zhuan)用設(she)備,詳(xiang)細(xi)資(zi)料請(qing)見其具體使用說(shuo)明(ming)書)系列操作箱(臺(tai)),經操作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)。

注:高壓(ya)尾必須可靠接(jie)地

工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓側(ce)額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓);高壓側(ce)額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻作為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻,管子長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗細應具(ju)有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水阻液(ye)配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配制成各種(zhong)不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)(shi)品起到保護(hu)作用(yong)。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選(xuan)取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常(chang)(chang)準(zhun)(zhun)確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏抗(kang)上必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映(ying)出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所(suo)謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)(zhun)確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)(chang)在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)操作注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員(yuan)應做(zuo)好分工(gong),明確相互間聯(lian)系方(fang)法(fa)。并有(you)專(zhuan)門人(ren)監護現場(chang)**及觀察(cha)試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和(he)試驗(yan)帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗(yan),一般都(dou)應先(xian)進行空(kong)升(sheng)(sheng)試驗(yan)。即不接試品時升(sheng)(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調整(zheng)球(qiu)間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并(bing)必(bi)須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在(zai)零位時(shi)突(tu)然(ran)合(he)閘。也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然(ran)切斷(duan)電源(yuan),一般應在(zai)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升(sheng)至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試驗電(dian)壓以(yi)下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很(hen)大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試品(pin)內(nei)有(you)不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后(hou)應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在(zai)額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)容(rong)量和(he)沿(yan)面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用(yong)。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗的操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)前應(ying)先檢查被(bei)試品是否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試驗(yan)電壓加(jia)到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)(jie)好試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的接(jie)(jie)線后(hou),應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓設(she)備及引線與地、與操(cao)作人(ren)員的**距離(li),被試品的外殼是(shi)否(fou)可靠接(jie)(jie)地,要(yao)按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所(suo)規(gui)定(ding)的內容(rong)進(jin)行試驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設備(bei)應(ying)緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品(pin)的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表。必要時應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切監視(shi)被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后應將被(bei)試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工作線路。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)(ke)以及操(cao)作系統的(de)外殼(ke)(ke)必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級試驗時,**級、第三(san)級試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級、第三(san)級試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支(zhi)架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系統(tong)的調壓(ya)器必須調到(dao)零位后(hou)方可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一(yi)定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在(zai)以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注(zhu)意測量儀表的指示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)(shi)驗過程中如發現測量儀表的指示(shi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品情況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗(yan)完畢(bi)后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過(guo)額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗(yan)必(bi)須外,決不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程中(zhong),如(ru)發現以下(xia)不正常情況時(shi),應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(dong)(或數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被試品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系(xi)壓力(li)閥(fa)及(ji)壓力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態(tai)。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li),應(ying)(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)后立即關閉閥(fa)門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測(ce)量(liang)被試設備的絕緣電(dian)阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的(de)溫度(du)下長期存放(fang)(fang)、使(shi)用(yong)、放(fang)(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊固件及(ji)壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓試驗時,出(chu)熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關(guan)標準和(he)操(cao)作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防(fang)性試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-5KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確(que)定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定(ding)輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓(ya)較(jiao)低時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻率

被試設備的電(dian)容(rong)量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很(hen)大,

可由設備的(de)類(lei)型而定(ding)。
