二、WBYD-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗變壓器采用單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高(gao)(gao)壓繞(rao)組在外,這種同(tong)軸(zhou)布(bu)置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而(er)增大了繞(rao)組間的(de)耦(ou)合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力(li)。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)為單(dan)相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電源接入(ru) (為本公司生產的試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細(xi)資料請見其具體使用說明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作箱(xiang)內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞組(zu)(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在(zai)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可(ke)獲(huo)得試驗(yan)(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的工作原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui),串接(jie)(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)(lu)中作半波整流(liu),以獲(huo)得(de)(de)直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)短(duan)接(jie)(jie)時,可獲(huo)得(de)(de)工頻(pin)高(gao)電壓(ya),作為交(jiao)流(liu)輸出狀態;取消短(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿時,作為直流(liu)輸出狀態。

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器做被試品(pin)的(de)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗使用接線原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

注:高壓尾必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地(di)

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試驗變壓(ya)器的額定(ding)容量來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)阻,管子長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具(ju)有足(zu)夠(gou)的熱容量(水阻液(ye)配制(zhi)(zhi)方法(fa):用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)(zhi)成各種不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般(ban)取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準確(que)的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在著漏(lou)抗(kang),在這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必(bi)然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為(wei)了準確(que)測量被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分(fen)工,明(ming)確相(xiang)互間聯系(xi)方法。并(bing)有專(zhuan)門人監護現場(chang)**及(ji)觀(guan)察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶(dai)來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對于(yu)大型試(shi)驗,一般都應先進(jin)行空(kong)升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時(shi)升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然加(jia)壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不(bu)在(zai)零位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也(ye)不(bu)能突(tu)然切斷電源,一(yi)般(ban)應在(zai)調壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現下列不正常情(qing)況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停止試驗并查明(ming)原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動(dong)很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒(shao)焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有(you)不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做被試品的(de)直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄(xie)露試驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定(ding)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)(de)試驗裝(zhuang)置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容(rong)量和沿(yan)面放(fang)電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時,C1可(ke)省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前(qian)應(ying)先檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地放(fang)電(dian),一切對外連線(xian)是否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到有人(ren)工作(zuo)的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)線后(hou)(hou),應復查(cha)無誤后(hou)(hou)才可加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設備及(ji)引線與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)(de)(de)**距(ju)離,被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所(suo)規(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大(da)電容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品(pin)的充電電流燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時(shi)應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電壓(ya)下微安表的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切監(jian)視被試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源(yuan),并(bing)查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將(jiang)被(bei)試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身(shen)充分放電。

四、WBYD-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行的(de)(de)試驗接(jie)好工作線(xian)路。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以及操作系統的(de)(de)外殼必(bi)(bi)須可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量(liang)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端必(bi)(bi)須可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的低壓繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端(duan)以(yi)及高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼必(bi)須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電源前,操(cao)作系(xi)統的(de)調(diao)壓(ya)器必須(xu)調(diao)到零位后方可接通電源,合閘(zha),開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選(xuan)用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以每(mei)秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注(zhu)意測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)指示以及被試品的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或(huo)試驗過程中如發(fa)現(xian)測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)指示及被試品情(qing)況(kuang)異(yi)常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查明(ming)情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然(ran)后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額定(ding)參(can)數使(shi)用。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan),停(ting)止試驗并查(cha)明原(yuan)因。

被試品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)(ying)加(jia)(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗(yan)前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放(fang)置于通風、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥(fa)、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品(pin)做高壓試(shi)(shi)驗時,出(chu)熟(shu)悉本說明書(shu)外,還(huan)必須(xu)嚴格執行國家(jia)有關(guan)標準和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕緣配(pei)合,高壓試(shi)(shi)驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設備預防(fang)性(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)有(you)效(xiao)值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較(jiao)低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻率(lv)

被(bei)試(shi)設備的電容量Ct可由(you)交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類(lei)型而定(ding)。
