YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞組繞在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞組在外,這種同軸布置減少(shao)了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞組間的(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)外殼(ke)為(wei)圓柱灌(guan)式(shi)容器結(jie)構,能(neng)耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根(gen)據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額(e)定容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi)(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管子長度(du)可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細(xi)應(ying)具(ju)有足(zu)夠的(de)熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(shi)(一般取試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))不(bu)是非(fei)常準確的,其原因(yin)是由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗上(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映(ying)出(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升現象(xiang)。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的漏(lou)抗必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)。為了準確測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因(yin)此(ci)常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操(cao)作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互(hu)間聯系方(fang)法。并有(you)專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)應先(xian)清掃(sao)干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗,一般(ban)都應先進行(xing)空升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太(tai)快,并(bing)必須防(fang)止突(tu)(tu)然加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)(ling)位時突(tu)(tu)然合(he)閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)(tu)然切斷電源(yuan),一般應在(zai)調壓器(qi)降至零(ling)(ling)位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時,才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發現下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原(yuan)因:①電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器在做被試(shi)(shi)品的直流(liu)耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試(shi)(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額(e)定輸出電(dian)壓時,輸出端(duan)短(duan)路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓硅(gui)(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅(gui)(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容量和(he)沿面放電(dian)距離(li)。

高壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電(dian)容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)的操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先(xian)檢查(cha)被試(shi)品(pin)是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加(jia)到有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置的(de)接線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)(ying)復(fu)查(cha)(cha)無誤后(hou)才(cai)可(ke)(ke)加壓。應(ying)(ying)特別(bie)注意(yi)檢查(cha)(cha)高壓設備及(ji)引(yin)線(xian)與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼(ke)是否可(ke)(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止(zhi)被試(shi)品的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安(an)表。必要(yao)時應分級加壓,分別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微(wei)安(an)表的(de)穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦(dan)發(fa)生(sheng)擊穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍等(deng)異常(chang)現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,并查(cha)明原(yuan)因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后應將被(bei)試品及試驗裝置本身(shen)充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-600KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的(de)(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好(hao)工作線路。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼以及操作系統(tong)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須可(ke)(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端必(bi)須可(ke)(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級試驗時,**級、第三級試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)F端以及(ji)高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第三級試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓(ya)器必須(xu)調到零位(wei)后方可(ke)接(jie)通電源,合閘(zha),開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選(xuan)用(yong)。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始(shi)按一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)(qie)注意測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)(de)指示以(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong)如發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)(de)指示及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)(qing)況異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)(qie)斷電源,查(cha)明情(qing)(qing)況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應(ying)在(zai)數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得超過額定參(can)數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外(wai),決(jue)不(bu)允許全(quan)電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現以(yi)下不正常(chang)情況時(shi),應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗并(bing)查(cha)明(ming)原因(yin)。

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)閥及(ji)壓力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣(qi)絕(jue)緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗(yan)前后應測量被(bei)試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓(ya)器長期不使用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不(bu)允許(xu)在(zai)高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期(qi)存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中(zhong)不(bu)得重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟悉本說明書外,還必(bi)須嚴格執行國家有關標準和(he)操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-600KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(liang)Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試(shi)品的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻(pin)率

被試設備(bei)的電(dian)(dian)容量Ct可由交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)測出(chu)。Ct的變化(hua)很大,

可由設備的(de)類型而定(ding)。
